Returning A Rental Costume

 

Do I need to pay return shipping?

 
You are expected to have the rental postmarked back to us the first business day after your event length.
 
For example: If your event date is listed as June 13, and you select a 1-3 day rental length, you are renting the costume for the 13th, 14th, and 15th, and would need to postmark it back to us the next business day. Fortunately, when you make a rental, on your invoice, the system should give you a date to have it postmarked.
